As the seasons change, it’s a great time to revisit your skincare treatment routine. Even though it might feel like we only get two seasons—summer and rain—here in the Lower Mainland, it’s a good idea to come back into our practice once a quarter for your seasonal lift.
Results from some of our core skincare treatments — Emface®, and Exion™ Face®, and neuromodulators — provide the best results with seasonal refreshes. Every 12-14 weeks, you’ll want to stop by the centre to get all three of these treatments done together, in one appointment. Let’s take a closer look at what to expect from quarterly treatments.
Complementary treatments
Emface®, and Exion™ Face®, and neuromodulators all offer unique benefits. As a trio, they work beautifully together to keep your results top-notch. Here are the results to expect from each treatment.
- Emface provides a lifted and sculpted look, enhancing facial muscle tone. Non-invasive and needle-free, this treatment uses HIFES™ and radiofrequency energy, enhancing natural facial contours and stimulating collagen production.
- Exion™ Face, one of our recommended energy-based treatments, contours the face and makes everything pop, tightening skin and improving elasticity. The treatment uses advanced radiofrequency (RF) and targeted ultrasound to stimulate collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid production levels.
- Neuromodulators primarily reduce wrinkles and lines. Offered since the late 90’s at Arbutus Laser, this treatment relaxes facial muscles and smooths out lines, especially in key areas, such as around the eyes and on the forehead
This combination of treatments provides the best results: a wrinkle-free, contoured, and lifted look.
Consistency is Key
Neuromodulators are a temporary treatment that need to be done regularly to maintain results. Every three to four months, the product wears off, and it’s time for a refresh.
For Emface® and Exion™ Face®, upkeep is also recommended. If you’re getting Emface® and/or Exion™ Face® treatments done for the first time, you’ll come in for treatments for four consecutive weeks. After that initial treatment is done, a seasonal upkeep is recommended. The best timeline to do a new treatment is the same as the timeline for neuromodulators, so work the treatments into your quarterly appointment.
Streamlined appointments: 3 in 1
If you come in every 12-14 weeks for your seasonal treatment, we’re pleased to offer you a discount on your skincare treatments. Treatments must be booked within 14 weeks of your previous appointment, without exceptions. Coming back within 14 weeks, especially for neuromodulators, is necessary for seasonal upkeep!

- Tier 1: $50 off neuromodulators treatment booked within 12–14 weeks of your previous appointment. Some restrictions apply*
- Tier 2: An additional $100 off Emface® when done in the same appointment — $150 total discount.
- Tier 3: $50 more off any energy-based facial treatments like Exion™, Laser Genesis, or others — $200 total discount.
All three of these treatments — neuromodulators, Emface®, and Exion™ Face® — can be done in one appointment. If you’re doing all treatments at once, we’ll take a bit off the price, and ensure your skin stays in top shape. When you look good, we look good!
