WHAT IS Venus Viva™?
The Venus Viva™ is a non-invasive, nano-fractional radio-frequency device that resurfaces the skin by delivering energy through micro-pins to stimulate the body to produce new fibroblasts, which are the “houses” that create collagen. These fibroblasts create new collagen to build a tighter, more compact skin matrix.
The Venus Viva™laser can address fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, sunspots, age spots, pigmentation irregularities, and rough texture. It is particularly effective in tackling signs of aging and environmental damage.

Our Approach to Venus Viva™
The beauty of this RF fractionated device is that it allows us to treat any skin type. It’s best used for the treatment of pigmentation and textural improvements. This has been a popular choice for darker skin types as many patients report seeing and feeling the difference.
Venus Viva™ may be approached either conservatively or aggressively depending on what conditions are being treated. It can be used conservatively for light resurfacing conditions to aggressively for those deep, severe acne scars and everything in between.
In addition, applying Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) topically post Venus Viva™ treatment can enhance treatment outcomes.
We are committed to providing excellent home care for post-resurfacing procedures to ensure patients are getting the best possible long-term outcome from the Venus Viva™.
CONSIDERATIONS
Other than some redness and swelling for 1-4 days, there are few other side effects. Sun exposure must be avoided after treatment. Expect multiple sessions. Maintenance treatments are beneficial for skin rejuvenation.
